The tags were not descriptive metadata. They were search terms, chosen so that somebody typing a street name into a search engine would land on this page. This is the part of the Shiny Flakes operation that people consistently miss: it was not hiding on the dark web, it was competing for traffic on the ordinary one, using the same techniques as every other small retailer of the period.
