The Albino A+ is a somewhat recent leucistic mutation of Mr. G’s A Strain. This means it is not a true albino, just very pale, with almost white flesh. A true albino wouldn’t have dark spores. AA+ does. Albino A+ caps sometimes have a sharp nipple. Not a prolific fruiter, but better than most true albinos. So the name is a bit of a misnomer. More accurately it would be called Leucistic A+. And because it’s a sparse fruiter, that does make it a bit of a premium mushroom.
